Does a Restricted goods vehicle licence need a statutory TM?
No, not ordinarily. Restricted operators must still meet their licence undertakings and maintain sound compliance systems. We can help with the application without suggesting you must appoint a statutory TM.
Can TM Match guarantee approval?
No. We can assess requirements and help identify potentially suitable individuals. The operator must complete the nomination and the relevant Traffic Commissioner decides whether to approve it.
How many operators can an external TM manage?
Generally up to four operators and a combined 50 vehicles, although a lower limit may apply and the real ability to exercise continuous and effective management is decisive.
Can I request an O Licence and TM together?
