Who manages your information
TM Match is operated by JS Transport Solutions Ltd. Enquiries and candidate registrations are stored to answer requests, review suitability and provide professional services where subsequently agreed. What we collect and why
Operator enquiries include contact, business, licence, fleet and operational details. Candidate registrations include contact details, CPC, availability and current appointments. The lawful basis for responding to an enquiry is normally steps requested before a contract or legitimate interests, as applicable. Optional marketing is separately chosen and not required to use the service.
Who can access it
Access is restricted to authorised JS Transport personnel and service providers supporting hosting and authorised communications. No candidate is publicly displayed and no automatic candidate verification is performed. Appropriate information may be shared with a relevant prospective party only when there is a legitimate matching purpose and suitable process.
Retention and security
Records are stored in a private, access-controlled area. Set and document an appropriate retention schedule before launch; review inactive leads and candidate details periodically rather than keeping everything indefinitely. Secure backups and hosting arrangements are required.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, deletion where applicable, objection or other UK GDPR rights using hello@jstransport.uk. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Optional marketing may be withdrawn at any time.
